Loss of data due to user error or failure to follow best practices for data management. Any hardware or third-party software not provided by Monster Systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Monster Systems does not warrant that EasyOrder will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform. This warranty is provided "as-is" and replaces all other warranties, express or implied.
This limited warranty applies throughout your active EasyOrder subscription. If you experience a service failure covered by this warranty, you must notify us within 30 days of the issue’s occurrence to file a claim.
